Minimum 2 years teller experience and excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills required. Strong knowledge of retail banking, bank policies, and banking industry regulatory compliance a must. Experience cross-selling bank products and attracting and retaining consumer and commercial deposit relationships a plus.
