Oritani’s Commercial Lending Department is made up of 15 employees with a total of more than one hundred and thirty years of lending experience. This team’s motto is “NOW” and prides itself on providing their commercial customers with convenient personalized customer service in addition to great financing. Oritani provides loans for long term multi-family financing, mixed use retail, light industrial and office buildings as well as construction loans.
The team is lead by Tom Guinan, Executive Vice President. Len Carlucci, David Garcia, Matt Carcich, Joe Laquidara and Dan Schapira are Vice Presidents in the department, and David May and Chris Carola are Commercial Lenders. Assisting in the research are AVP, Credit Officer Michael Sandberg, Senior Credit Analyst Jonathan Jacobs and Junior Analyst Chris Barbarino. The administrative and clerical staff is composed of Dolores O’Neill, Joanne Roszkowski, Jean Styles and Laura Lurig. In 2009, the team had a great year closing more than $300 million in new loans.
Members of the Commercial Lending team are often the first people to volunteer to help out – whether it’s for the golf outing, to serve on a website review committee, help with the picnic, serve as treasurer of the North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce or deliver gifts for Adopt A Family – someone from this department will be there to help!
